Windstream Communications New Presenting Sponsor
of the Little Rock Marathon Race
LITTLE ROCK, AR (August 8, 2013) - Windstream Communications, a Fortune 500
company and leader of advanced network communications, has signed on to
become the presenting sponsor of the 2014 Little Rock Marathon held in
Little Rock, AR on March 2, 2014.
The Little Rock Marathon, presented by Windstream Communications, is part
of the 12th Annual Little Rock Marathon Weekend presented by the Arkansas
Democrat Gazette slated for February 28 - March 2, 2014 and benefits Little
Rock Parks & Recreation.
The 26.2 mile foot race draws athletes from around the world to experience
the race's festive atmosphere, Little Rock's lively brand of southern
hospitality and compete for what Runner's World described in 2005 as the
"world's largest finisher's medal."

we are delighted to expand our relationship with the City of Little Rock
