            Compete Green Offers Early Registration Pricing for 
         Ojai 2 Ocean Marathon and Half Marathon before Earth Day

Ojai 2 Ocean Marathon and Half Marathon early registration until Earth Day, 
save $15 on Marathon and $10 on Half Marathon registration

There is still time to get early registration for the Ojai 2 Ocean Marathon 
and Half Marathon. Registration for the marathon is $100 before Earth Day 
(April 22nd), and $115 until June 3rd.  Registration for the half marathon 
is $55 before Earth Day (April 22nd), and $65 until June 3rd. For 
paperless, low-impact registration, participants can go online to the Ojai 
2 Ocean website at http://ojai2oceanmarathon.com. Registration closes on 
June 3rd at 11:59 pm. There is no race day registration for either course.

Compete Green and Team in Training bring this inaugural Ojai 2 Ocean 
Marathon and Half Marathon scheduled for Sunday, June 5, 2011 at 6:00am to 
Ventura County.  Starting in the mountain community of Ojai, near Nordhoff 
High School the Marathon course loses 700' of elevation on its path to the 
historic Ventura Pier.  The half marathon begins at the Ventura Pier and 
both courses finish on the beach near the Pier.  Organizer Compete Green is 
proud that the race is a USATF-certified Boston Marathon-qualifier.

then an hour later be at the beach, and that's how our marathon showcases
