     Eye-Q Two Cities Marathon and Dean Karnazes Join Together To 
    Add The First Ultra 50K To The Eye-Q Two Cities Marathon Event

Fresno, Ca - "Push your limits at the 2010 Eye-Q Two Cities Ultra Marathon.

The directors of the Eye-Q Two Cities Marathon and Half and the 
Ultramarathon Man, Dean Karnazes have joined together to add the first 
Ultra 50K to Fresno and the Eye-Q Two Cities Marathon event.

Director Mike Herman said "Runners who have run a marathon in the last 2 
years and can keep a 10 minute pace for the first 4.8 miles have a chance 
to be one of the lucky 100 who get to register for the Ultra and run with 
the Ultra Marathon Man himself, Dean Karnazes".

The Ultra Marathon man will be the guest speaker at the SPOC Health and 
Fitness Expo's "All You Can Eat Pasta Dinner" Saturday November 6th.  He 
will also be on hand to sign books, answer questions and then on race day 
Dean will lead the newly added Ultra Marathon.

"The 2008 and 2009 marathon and half events sold out and we expect another 
sell out of our 7,000 participant limit in 2010", says Herman.  Entries are 
already 200 percent of where they were last year at this time.
