Press Release - Two Cities Marathon - 6/26/10

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Fresno, CA - The Eye-Q Two Cities Marathon early registration ends on June 
30, 2010.  

Participants are running to sign up for the 2010 Eye-Q Two Cities Marathon, 
Ultra Marathon, Half Marathon and 2 person relay before the price increase 
on July 1st.  They're taking advantage of the lowest price of the year to 
register for the November 7, 2010 event.  

"Registration is filling much faster this year" said Mike Herman, race 
director.  "Last year we sold all available spots in every event a week 
before the event.  Even with the limit increase my guess is we'll sell out 
much earlier this year". 

Through our Official Training Partners, many of last year's half 
marathoners are training for the full marathon this year.  They're ready to 
go that extra distance.  

The organizers are anticipating drawing talent with a fast course and a 
$10,000 prize purse once again this year. The Ultra Marathon-man himself, 
Dean Karnazes will not only be the guest speaker he'll also lead the pack 
for the inaugural Eye-Q Two Cities Ultra Marathon.

While registering on-line participants may choose to donate to one of our 
2010 Official Charities, Children's Hospital of Central California, 
Community Hospital's Terry's House and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.  
All donations go directly to those charities.
