| Description: | The Annual Mountain Ranger Run (5K/15K) offers the most challenging and scenic cross-country/trail course that the North Georgia Mountains can provide. The run will be held in conjunction with the 5th Ranger Training Battalion's Open House. The Open House will highlight United States Army Ranger combat techniques, military mountaineering, hand-to-hand combat, and static displays. The Open House follows the Ranger Mountain Run. You are invited to watch as some of the Army's finest soldiers demonstrate the skills and professionalism of the American Ranger. |
