Favorite Runs - Lake Wobegon Trail Marathon

Location:	Holdingford, MN, USA
Description:	I ran my first marathon 5/9/09. The Wobegon Trail Marathon, starting in Holdingford and concluding in St. Joseph, MN, was great from start to finish. It is run on a trail with beautiful landscapes to look at. It is a small race, but well run. The organizers and volunteers should be proud of their hard work. It is a quiet, peaceful race without a lot of spectators, but many well planned water and gatorade stops along the way. I would recommend this race for the 50 state racers, as it is beautiful, and relatively flat.
