Favorite Runs - James River Loop

Location:	Richmond, VA, USA
Description:	12.5 Mile road loop along James River, thru neighborhoods and Byrd Park. Start at River Road Shopping Center, cross the bridge and turn left to pick up Riverside Dr. going east. Run a couple miles along the river to the Pony Pasture parking area (fill up your water bottle here!), then up the hill to Forest Hill Ave. Left on FH for a few miles to Westover Hills then left and across the Nickel Bridge. Thru Byrd Park to Sheppard at the Carilion. Sheppard to Grove Ave. Left on Grove to Three Chopt. Left on Three Chopt to Cary and down the hill (formerly Lee's Revenge!) to the shopping center.
