FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Dallas Marathon Announces New Partner in Oscar Health Insurance

Five Dallas radio hosts form Oscar Last Men Running relay to raise
donations for Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children in Dallas Marathon

DALLAS (Nov. 30, 2015) – The Dallas Marathon organization announced a new
partnership with upstart health insurance company Oscar Insurance. Oscar,
the newest entrant to the Texas health insurance market, will serve as the
title sponsor of the Oscar Last Men Running activation as part of their
involvement in 2015 Dallas Marathon race weekend. As part of Oscar's first
year in the Texas health insurance market, Oscar will also participate in
year-round health and fitness events and cross-promotional activities with
the Dallas Marathon.

The Oscar Last Men Running will be a new twist on the Last Man Running
challenge held each year at the Dallas Marathon, where an individual or
individuals begin the Dallas Marathon as the very last runner to cross the
starting line and raise funds based on the number of participants passed on
race day. Oscar has pledged to donate funds to Texas Scottish Rite Hospital
for Children, the primary beneficiary of the Dallas Marathon since 1997,
for each runner the five-person celebrity relay team passes on race
morning.

"As the newest entrant to the health insurance market in Dallas and San
Antonio, we wanted to take part in an important local tradition in a big
and memorable way," said Mario Schlosser, CEO and co-founder of Oscar. "The
Dallas Marathon is the premier health and fitness event in North Texas each
year and a great way to introduce Oscar to active Texans. We're excited for
the Last Men Running team to bring a fun performance to race day that also
helps us give back to the community."

Members of the 2015 Oscar Last Men Running team include 2014 Last Man
Running and voice of the Dallas Mavericks Mark Followill, KRLD's Michael
Scott, KSCS' Mark "Hawkeye" Louis, and The Ticket's Corby "The Snake"
Davidson and Craig "Junior" Miller (Last Man Running in 2012).

The five local radio and TV personalities will each complete 4-6 miles in a
five-person relay format to run the full Dallas Marathon course. In
previous years, challenge participants have raised tens of thousands of
dollars for TSRHC.

Launched in 2013 in New York, Oscar provides customers with unique features
including price transparency, free wellness check-ups, no-cost generic
prescriptions and complimentary unlimited telemedicine that allow customers
access to speak with a doctor 24/7. Additionally, Oscar provides wellness
rewards including free fitness trackers to all members with incentivized
health goals. Oscar's website and mobile app are simple and
consumer-friendly, walking customers through each and every step of the
health care experience.

Patrick Byerly, president of the Dallas Marathon said, "We're excited to
partner with a company as innovative as Oscar and share their passion for
driving positive examples of health and fitness in the community. With the
Oscar Last Men Running, we'll bring new energy and excitement to Dallas
Marathon race day participants and spectators."
