Saturday the 13th, followed by Sunday's marathon, half marathon and relays.

Lee Corrigan, President of CSE, said, "Our staff looks forward to building
on the successes Wayne Kursh and his team have experienced to date. We'll
rely on CSE's additional marketing and operational expertise to help grow
this local jewel into an even better runner experience."

"After meeting Lee Corrigan and the staff of CSE I knew right away that I
had chosen the right company to take our Delaware Marathon to a higher
level and for it to continue to grow," said Wayne Kursh, Chairman, CEO
