YNN and Time Warner Cable Sports Named Official Television Media Sponsor of 
            the 2nd Annual Empire State Marathon and Half Marathon

SYRACUSE, NY-July 26 2012-Achieve Fitness, LLC announced today an agreement 
with Time Warner Cable and its networks, YNN and Time Warner Cable Sports 
of Central New York to again become the official television media sponsor 
of the Empire State Marathon and Half Marathon.

For the second year in a row, the Empire State Marathon and Half Marathon 
is partnering with YNN and Time Warner Cable Sports for promotion of the 
marathon, half marathon and 4-person relay. On-air promotion for the event 
will air through October. Also, YNN on-air talent may emcee race-related 
events.

"We're excited to again to have YNN as a media sponsor," said Brian 
Collins, principle owner of Achieve Fitness, LLC, management company for 
the Empire State Marathon and Half Marathon. "Last year, thanks to Time 
Cable Warner and its networks, YNN and Time Warner Cable Sports, we 
generated great visibility for our races, which helped generate a lot of 
interest in the running community."

YNN and Time Warner Cable Sports will also be able to participate at The 
Driver's Village New York State Health and Wellness Expo taking place the 
Friday and Saturday before the race at Driver's Village.  The YNN 
StormChaser will be on hand with special give-aways.  "The Empire State 
Marathon proved to be a very successful event last year with over 2,500 
runners participating. It's a great opportunity for both YNN and Time 
Warner Cable Sports to support our running community.", stated Teri Parks, 
Time Warner Cable News & Local Programming Marketing Manager.

The Empire State Marathon and Half Marathon will be held on Oct. 21, 2012.
