        RheinEnergieMarathon Cologne: More than 22,000 registrations 

               Last price shift on September 17, 2015 

22,055 participants have already registered for the competitions of this 
year's RheinEnergieMarathon Cologne in Germany.

As of today 5,406 marathoners and 12,541 half marathoners in total will 
line up on October 4, 2015. Thus, the final figures of last year's edition 
have been reached now.

Furthermore, 1,659 children and youngsters will take part this year. 

The relay team marathon booms: 2,448 runners or 612 relay teams enrolled 
until due day, this means a surplus of 8 per cent.

The current entry fees are valid through September 17 followed by the final 
price shift.

A starting slot for the marathon costs € 77 at present and will increase to 
€ 99. The bib number for the half marathon may be purchased for € 50 at the 
moment and for € 59 afterwards. Four athletes sharing the total distance of 
42 kilometres in the relay team marathon have to pay € 143 now, this amount 
will rise to € 165 on Friday.
