        Olympian Ryan Hall to Offer Running Tips, Sign Autographs at 
                         Health & Fitness Expo
					   
            Hall Joins Industry Experts at Marine Corps Marathon 
                     Speaker Series presented by Nissan

Who: Ryan Hall, who won the 2008 U.S. Marathon Trials, finished 10th in the 
2008 Olympic Marathon in Beijing, and holds the U.S. record for the half 
marathon will make appearances throughout Marine Corps Marathon Weekend. 
Hall, the fastest marathoner on the road today with a personal best of 
2:06:17 (London, 2008), set the record for the fastest time ever by an 
American in the Boston Marathon (2:08:41) earlier this year.

What: Hall will offer running tips, pose for photos and sign autographs.
When: Saturday, October 30
Where: Marine Corps Marathon Health and Fitness Expo Washington Convention 
Center (801 Mount Vernon Place)

1-2 p.m. Autograph signing at the Nissan booth
2-3 p.m. Training tips seminar in the MCM Speaker Series

When: Sunday, October 31
Where: Marine Corps Marathon Finish Festival Wilson and Lynn Streets

12-1 p.m. Autograph signing at the Nissan booth

Note to editors: Nissan Master Ryan Hall will be available for interviews 
and photo opportunities on Oct. 30 and Oct. 31. Hall will share information 
with running enthusiasts about Nissan's Master the SHIFT program. The
