Eagle Condor Humanitarian Teams Up With RUN For A Difference:
RUN Trains St. George Marathon Participants to Raise Money and Run
SALT LAKE CITY, July 27 /PRNewswire/ -- RUN For A Difference today
announced it's assisting Eagle Condor Humanitarian's 54 participants in
training to run the St. George Marathon and raise money through pledges to
support their micro enterprise programs in Chiclayo and Piura, Peru. Eagle
Condor creates sustainable hope and dignity within people of
lesser-developed areas, through purposeful and well thought out
humanitarian field programs. RUN provides fitness training guidance through
local training teams for motivation and fundraising support.
Sandy Daniels, Eagle Condor Humanitarian chairman, recently rode her
bicycle across America raising $37K for the children in Peru. "Enriching
lives, empowering people while building self-reliance is one of the most
rewarding challenges in life," states Daniels. Eagle Condor is also
fundraising with RUN in two Century Bike Races, the Utah Lake Century Epic
Ride (ULCER) and the Desperado Dual, which are held in August of 2004.
