COURSE: 5 ORGANIZATION: 5 FANS: 5 Rural running at its finest. The Osage County Community was a great host. Course is interesting and challenging. Organization and management were first-rate. I ran the 50K and would love to go back in 2008. | |

COURSE: 5 ORGANIZATION: 5 FANS: 5 I'm not sure where to start. First-year race. Very difficult course, with lots of steep hills, but exactly as represented by the RD. Frankenstein, MO is pretty much the middle of nowhere, but the people and course workers are the best. Every single water stop was expertly manned, and the workers couldn't have performed any better. The race director and his wife really cared about this race, and it showed. The after-race meal of burgers, hot dogs, and whatever else you wanted was awesome. If the word gets out, this race could grow quickly. |
