COURSE: 3 ORGANIZATION: 4 FANS: 1

The weather was wet and kept many away... including runners and spectators. I enjoyed the event, and the after-race goodies were great. I'm looking forward to next year's version. The course was great - except for the traffic - but the course protection patrol (i.e local police) were out in force.
