Race Details

The Hagg Hybrid Marathon is a mix of road and trail in that order. Participants will start out running a loop around the lake on the road, followed by a more scenic tour of the lake by running around on the trail. The course for the Hagg Hybrid Marathon Relay is a similar mix; only one runner will complete the road portion before handing off to their partner who will continue on the trail.

Going into this run, I knew exactly what to expect. Good food, beverage, and mental supprot was provided at frequent intervals. Our numbers had chips, so we could be tracked by friends and family. The bbq after was satisfying. Multiple great prizes for finishing. Mixing road and trail made for comfort and good entertainment. The scenery couldn't be beat in the very rural setting.
