All races begin in Charlestown on the Caribbean Sea side of the island. The marathon goes through many villages on the island main road and turns at the drag racing track on the Atlantic Ocean side of the island.

"Water stations were almost non-existent" (about: 2018)

COURSE: 4 ORGANIZATION: 2 FANS: 2

Only saw about three water stations along the entire course. There was no one to direct runner at the last intersection. I only realized it was the wrong direction after running for a few mins and not seeing the finish line, so I turned around and went back to the last intersection and turned right.
