COURSE: 4 ORGANIZATION: 5 FANS: 4

GENEROUS times... 30 hours for marathon. 32 hours for 50 mile and 100 mile. I would highly recommend but it is super rocky. Technical trail race with LOTS of rocks, roots but MOST well-marked course I've ever run. RDs, volunteers alike treat everyone from hundred milers down to the marathoners as if family. Night before packet pickup pasta/pizza, dessert included. Pre-race bagels, bananas, muffins, coffee included. Aid stations with wide selection of hot/cold, sweet/salty offerings and volunteers who know what they are doing and take their role seriously. Extremely well supported aid stations!!! Not a lot of spectators but cowbells as you approached finish with tiki torch approach rated a 4 star rating. People stuck around to cheer others in. Signs on course to add humor. One of a kind finisher awards, very nice swag! Fairly flat as trail races go but enough hills to mix it up. One grassy section that was blazing hot but ice at aid station before and after it helped!
