COURSE: 5 ORGANIZATION: 5 FANS: 5 I loved the organization of this race. The emails and constant posts on Facebook kept me motivated and pumped to participate.... 'Slay the summer, rule the fall'...it worked! Thanks! I had my best time at this race. Being a former student at A&M, the campus run was a highlight. I loved the cheering students. The food, drink, band post-race were great! I appreciate the volunteers working in 35 degree weather. I felt for them, as they were not running to keep warm. Thank you! The organizers did a phenomenal job. I can't say enough good things about this race. The sweet kids passing out medals, the smiling kids faces across the finish line added to the race. I will be back. THANK YOU! | |

COURSE: 5 ORGANIZATION: 5 FANS: 5 This was my third year to run this race and I must say that it just keeps getting better. I loved the course improvements this year. The spectators were fabulous despite the cold weather. The availability of food/gu at several water aid stations was a definite plus. The finish area was better than last year. There was more room and we didn't have to walk downhill/uphill for food. There was so much food! I honestly can't think of one thing that I would ask to be changed. | |

COURSE: 5 ORGANIZATION: 5 FANS: 5 There are too many outstanding pieces to this event to list but I will give a try at just a few. 1. Communication to the participants before during and after is excellent. 2. Course is beautifully arranged through all 3 entities (Bryan, College Station, and Texas A&M). 3. Race proceeds benefit children. 4. Police, volunteers, and spectators were all polite and encouraging. 5. Aid stations and porta potties. 6. Seeing the faces of children near the finish line directly impacted by the race. 7. Gorgeous medal 8. Attention to detail and placement of everything at the finish line. 9. THE FOOD AND DRINKS!!!! | |
