"BCS is simply the best" (about: 2013)

COURSE: 5 ORGANIZATION: 5 FANS: 4 I heard about this race from some fellow runners, who said this was a good marathon to run. They were wrong, this isn't a good marathon to run, it is a GREAT marathon to run, actually I would classify it as an event not to miss. From the race director and the support team who ensured we were kept informed of race conditions that day, to building excitement for the event weeks in advance, to the young kids who handed us our medals...there is absolutely NOTHING about this race that was anything other than great. I'll be back next year, and I'm bringing more friends with me. | |

COURSE: 5 ORGANIZATION: 5 FANS: 5 I ran the marathon relay with Team Newton!! We did the 4- member run- basically a 10K for each of us. It was AMAZING! The neighborhood residents were cheering in the freezing cold and one dad and daughter were offering doghnuts!!! Being a college student we don't have all the time in the world to train for a full marathon with finals the day after. It gave us the same great experience with team work. Im signing up again next year!! | |
